Zushi is an Italian chain of high-quality Japanese cuisine restaurants founded in 2006 and managed by the Verona entrepreneur Cristiano Gaifa.

Zushi is different from other sushi chains because it has eschewed the fixed price formula and offers a la carte Japanese cuisine, based on quality sushi and dishes prepared by expert sushi chefs. Zushi is also the Lounge Bar, where to enjoy oriental aperitifs, also specialised in take away and delivery service. There are 15 Zushi restaurants.
