Sapore di Mare is a chain of stores specialised in frozen fish, owned by the Marche company D.I.MAR in Corridonia for 26 years.

The products are frozen on board of fishing vessels or within a few hours of landing, so as to reach consumers’ tables intact. The sales outlets network, of over 100, are extensively distributed in 14 Italian regions. Since 2018 Sapore di Mare has been a subsidiary of Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners, alongside two other shareholders, the Mucci family and the managing director, Paolo Gattafoni.
